-weekly QnA group calls to motivate you, and keep you inspired, on the right track and free yourself of frustrating habits that hold you back

-daily motivations and mental health strengtheners to help you stay positively focused

-weekly nutrition focus points, proven to get longer-lasting results than any diet

-daily home workouts, professionally designed to flatten your belly while optimizing the physical attributes that  matter to you

-weekly focus points for better sleep, proven to get you your best sleep experience

- access to our private nutrition app, complete with fully individualized meal plans

AND

-monthly progress assessment and tracking

What your coach will require of you, every day, for 90 days straight:

- Pray or Meditate for 3 mins

- Eat 3 meals according to your personal plan

- Exercise for at least 10 mins

- Intentionally walk 5000 steps

- Journal, read or learn something new

- Sleep or intentionally rest for six hours

- Spend 5 minutes in nature

What your coach will require of you, every week, for twelve weeks straight:

- Attend weekly QnA calls

- Take progress photos

- Take measurements (as indicated)

- Complete three 'F.U' workouts at home

- Track your progress

What you'll need:

- Adjustable dumbbells OR a set for lower body work and one for upper body work

- An exercise mat, clothing, shoes and at least 7 X 8 ft of space

- A skipping rope, treadmill, rower OR ability to do bodyweight cardio like running outside

- Access to a body fat scale

- Access to a measuring tape

- Access to a food scale

- Access to a camera
