Bassa Bassa was created as a safe space (now largely virtual) for people to better themselves through being coached by fitness and nutrition experts, in a supportive, non-judgemental way. We actively acknowledge that while scientific principles seldom change, your individual body, eating habits, history, environment and world view all play a role in your quest. While going to the gym regularly will help and is enjoyable, exercise is only ONE piece and your results will not last unless you address your whole being AND the other 23 hours of your day OUTSIDE of exercise time. There's no doubt that you already know this, as the world is full of people who have repeatedly tried and failed many popular exercise-only programs; even the ones that come with special meal plans, follow-along videos and promises of 'rapid results'. They are not the answer.
