The Red Dress Body: Envy, is intended for women who have limited time, mental space, and/or equipment, and to provide all they need to be consistent and feel supported as they support others.

Body Envy follows an aesthetic performance model of program design in set 4 week blocks, periodized one month at a time, 4-5 days per week. We help you stay focused on keeping your curves without sacrificing what you determine to be your most powerful and capable self.
​
Equipment needed: a dumbbell set of pairs from 5 pounds up to 50 pounds or more. All pre-set workouts can also be done with kettlebell and barbell versions for faster results. In fact, you can do it all at home! No sharing of equipment, no waiting to take turns, and you'll have close proximity of equipment for any training session in the plan!

Unlike other fitness subscriptions, Body Envy strictly limits the amount of clients who to be coached through the online platform each month, because weekly personal attention is paramount!

With so many diet options around it's hard to know what's best. We meet you where you are with BOTH macros AND meal plans. Each month, you'll get your hands on our meal-plan-of-the month!
